Marcio Chaer has over 20 years of executive experience within the Telecom, Digital/Mobile, FinTech, HealthTech and Marketing industries. He has worked in key strategy and innovation roles for both multinationals and startups, international expansion strategy, go-to-market, partnerships, and business development for LATAM and the US.
A delivery-oriented professional, Marcio has a strong record of accomplishment in growing businesses from scratch. He has created more than 30 projects in medium and large companies such as Ericsson, Telefonica, and MasterCard, among others, managing more than 170 professionals at the same time.
His focus is on bringing an innovative approach to disruptive technology resource management while creating a team-driven environment that promotes the development and growth of new ideas in digital innovation. Marcio has developed and established key partnerships with stakeholders, and established credibility as a leader with networks in industry associations.
Marcio contributed to the creation of the ExO (Exponential Organizations) methodology as part of the select group that brought to reality the book Exponential Organizations. He is a keynote speaker, teacher, panelist, and has served on the jury in several awards such as Cannes mobile Lion, Festival of Media LATAM, and El Ojo Iberoamerica.
