Leading brands often waste years on innovation strategies that don’t work. The typical path followed by many companies - Silicon Valley innovation tours, innovation gurus, hackathons, sprints, opening innovation labs and hiring expensive consulting firms - have proven to yield little success. This is particularly dangerous in a world where the rate of change is accelerating and new competitors, technologies and business models are causing disruption seemingly daily.
Pivot Factory is the answer for leaders who want to deliver tangible revenues from Innovation while building an organization prepared to face and anticipate disruption. Our team has vast experience driving innovation at leading brands across industries and regions. We have developed a unique approach to driving systemic and sufficient innovation and digital transformation for organizations following a phased, quick win approach.
Elizabeth Ingold is the Executive Assistant for Pivot Factory and has acquired many years of experience in customer service, executive support, and event coordination.
